The Angoss fiscal year commences December 1 in each calendar year and ends November 30 of the following year. Angoss is required to file interim financial statements for the February, March and August quarter ends within 60 days following the end of the quarter and annual financial statements within 140 days following the end of its fiscal year.
Angoss releases interim financial results within 30 days following the completion of each quarter, unaudited financial results for each fiscal year within 60 days following the end of such fiscal year, and audited financial results for each fiscal year within 90 days following the end of such fiscal year.
